The process

FOR THE SIMPLIFIED BRAND OR ADD-ON PACKAGES

  • The Simplified Brand Design Package or the Add-On Brand Package is for small or new businesses. It’s a simplified package because it gives you, the owner, control.

    It’s not meant for businesses with an in-house or freelance marketing team or graphic designer. It’s meant for that solopreneur or business just getting started who still has to do it all!

    From there, I will reach out, and we will schedule a FREE 30-minute consultation call to chat about your project, establish timeframes, and ensure we are both on the same page.

    3-4 weeks are allocated for the Simplified Branding Package or the Add-On Package.

  • If we proceed to work with each other. I will send you the Project Agreement to be signed, and at this stage, a 50% non-refundable deposit will also be required to book your spot in my schedule.

    For the Simplified Brand Design Package, a questionnaire will be sent to you to fill out when booking with me. I will also require a Pinterest board with your collection of images, and this will be due when we start the project.

    For the Add-On Package, you will send me your current brand guide for me to use. And if the add-on is for a specific event or campaign and the branding differs from your business, you will send me the details. This will be due when we start the project.

  • This information you provide will help me influence your brand’s personality and feel that you would like for your project. It is an essential process for the design strategy stage.

  • I will review your completed questionnaire and commence my project research. Based on my research and this information, the design mood board will be created and sent to you.

    We then work together through feedback and reviews of the mood board to determine the direction that you would like to go with.

  • Typically, when small businesses come to me, they already have a logo they paid for.

    So the design stage builds upon their logo, the questionnaire, the interest board, and the research to create the brand design package or the add-on package for you.

  • You will give approval on all the designs, and final payment will be required at this stage.

    Final files will be sent to you as well as instructions again on how to access your Canva templates.
